Conference Transport Logistics

Transfers to and from airport / hotel / conference venue. Transportation during the conference: shuttle busses between conference hotels and conference venues, transportation for social program etc.

Pre-Conference and On-Site Registration Services

Feedback will take the burden of your shoulders for conference and special event registrations - serving as the conference headquarters for correspondence: phone, fax and e-mail contacts, receipt and acknowledgement of registrations via a secure, custom-designed on-line web site, or by mail, phone or fax; on-site registration services, and an on-going data management. Distributing all program information to participants including registration brochures, letters and confirmations.

Marketing and Promotion

Design and print of banner, brochure, poster and leaflet. Mailing list selection, mailing supervision and journal advertising.

Design, Printing and Distribution of Meeting Materials

Design, print, and distribution of event invitations, programs, schedules; conference folders, notebooks, pens, personal name tags, table name tags, menu cards, place cards, escort cards, and thank-you notes.

VIP and Guest Speaker Arrangements

Liaison with conference VIPs and guest speakers, coordinating travel and logistical arrangements, collecting syllabus materials, preparing conference proceedings in both print and CD-ROM formats.

On-Site Management

Pre-conference meetings with hotel or conference center staff, on-site coordination of all logistical arrangements and oversight of audiovisual services. The on-site management team will be accessible and responsible for implementing any agenda changes, speaker requests, attendee requests, program assistance and all directional signage associated with the event. Feedback will act as the "point person" for your event ensuring all contract terms are met with each supplier.

Food and beverage catering, and organizing cocktails

Feedback team has a wide resource of knowledge and experience on the best catering options available to ideally suit your Conference needs and budget. Organizing menu selection and arranging the sample tasting prior to event for approval if required.

Social Events

Our Feedback team can help you add that extra 'WOW' factor to ensure a memorable occasion for your Conference. Assist with the development of a full Social Program providing advice and quotes on options, venues and suppliers. Coordinate suppliers as required including photographers, entertainers, caterers and venue requirements. Assist with the conference welcome reception or gala dinner, excursion for participants, pre or post-conference tour.
